You might say that I have nonprofits in my blood. As a third-generation nonprofit professional and volunteer leader, conversations about philanthropy, activism, board retreats, civic engagement and giving back were frequent dinnertime conversation.
My career in the nonprofit sector has included meaningful work in two synagogues, a women’s health clinic, an urban high school, a museum, a nursing home, and pre-eminent universities. The common thread is that I thrive being a part of organizational growth/innovation and I truly value working in organizations for which I enthusiastically align with the mission, culture and my colleagues.
I have also served on numerous nonprofit boards, lectured on a variety of topics, served as a nonprofit mentor, and worked in myriad other capacities as a nonprofit volunteer. You can read more about my career journey on my LinkedIn profile.
I received my Masters in Nonprofit Organizations from Case Western Reserve University, a Bachelors of Arts degree from Macalester College, and a Certificate in Nonprofit Fundraising from Boston University.
I live in Shaker Heights, Ohio with my husband and daughter. I love to plan (and then execute) exciting trips, explore new restaurants, eat way too much ice cream and cheese, and snuggle on the couch with my family.
